Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hide n Sneak ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

In-App Purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases including virtual currency (coins) and content packs. All purchases are:

• Processed through Apple's App Store
• Subject to Apple's terms and refund policies
• Non-transferable between devices unless using the same Apple ID
• Restorable via the "Restore Purchases" feature if you reinstall the app or switch devices

Virtual currency and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify or create derivative works based on the app
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app

Intellectual Property

All content in Hide n Sneak, including but not limited to graphics, characters, music, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
